- Not yet. Fink HR focuses on the front end of hiring: job pages, public apply links, applicant capture, and lightweight team workflows. The rest of the recruiting surface — pipelines, scorecards, offers — arrives as early-access customers tell us what they need.
- Do candidates need an account with us?
- No. Candidates apply through a public job page and authenticate with Sign In with LinkedIn. Their application is created automatically on your side.
- Can I share a public link for each role?
- Yes. Every open job has a unique URL you can paste anywhere — LinkedIn posts, email, your careers page, or even a QR code.
- What does it cost?
- Free during early access — no setup fee, no long-term contract. We're working closely with early teams to understand what's worth charging for. Pricing will be introduced after the early-access period, with at least 30 days' notice to existing workspaces.
- Where is my data stored?
- In managed PostgreSQL in Canada. Per-workspace isolation, encryption in transit, and a documented deletion workflow. Details are on the privacy page.
- What if I need a feature you don't have yet?
- Tell us. We prioritize heavily based on early-access feedback — and we're honest when something isn't on the roadmap.
